Shipping Policy
Crag Life partners with global suppliers in order to provide you with the best prices, unique designs and a comfortable shopping experience. This means that your order may be shipped from one of our global suppliers – sometimes overseas.
Apparel items typically ship in 2-6 business days.
For non-apparel items please allow 2-3 weeks for US delivery and 3-5 weeks for International delivery. This is due to your location and some of our overseas partners shipping and customs protocols.
Note: Business days exclude public holidays, as well as Saturday and Sunday.
Processing and Handling Time: 2 to 5 business days.
*Sometimes the products bought in group are sent separately to ensure that there are no problems in the customs and we can deliver faster.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address. We will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases. Crag Life is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
1. Delivery not done due to wrong address supplied by customer, however, we would try our best to reconfirm with the client the correct delivery address
2. Recipient not available especially in Hotels, Hostels and Gated Communities
3. Premises locked
4. Wrong phone/ Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done
5. Recipient refused the products
6. Delivered the product at the Gate / Reception / Neighbor
7. Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient
DELIVERY DELAYS
Before major holidays and festivals, we recommend that you place your orders at least seven to ten days in advance. Crag Life, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries.
UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
In case of natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, (flooding, quake, heavy rains), etc. we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In such cases we will be sent a communication to the customer on email for a confirmation for the same. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hours, it shall be assumed that she/he has agreed to the delivery on alternate date.
HOW WILL THE DELIVERY BE DONE?
We process some deliveries through ePacket courier whenever it is available for you.
Apparel items will be shipped domestically by a courier which provides the lowest priced options to our customers.
WHAT ABOUT SALES TAX AND HIDDEN COSTS FOR DELIVERY?
There are no extra hidden costs. The total price mentioned on the checkout is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices, excluding Georgia residents. Sales tax is added to Georgia mailing addresses.
